Early in your engineering career and eager to grow fast? As a Junior Developer at NCompas, you'll learn alongside experienced engineers while contributing real features across the .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Azure stack.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain application features with guidance from senior engineers.
- Work with .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Azure cloud services.
- Write and improve tests, fix bugs, and learn modern development practices.
- Take part in code reviews and team ceremonies.
- Keep learning — we invest in your growth.
What we're looking for
- Foundational skills in .NET and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with, or genuine curiosity about, Azure cloud services.
- A great attitude, strong problem-solving instincts, and eagerness to learn.
- Entry to mid-level experience — internships and personal projects count.
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
